Privacy Policy

What the KTWLV website collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: what you choose to send through the contact form, plus the technical information any website needs to run securely.

Who we are

This website, ktwlvonline.com (the “site”), is operated by KTWLVONLINE.COM LLC, a Texas limited liability company. KTWLV is its public brand (“KTWLV”, “we”, “us”).

What we collect

Information you send us

When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, your company (optional), your email address, the reason for contacting us and your message.

Technical information

Every request to a website carries technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.

  • Our web server keeps access logs containing this information for up to 14 days, for security and troubleshooting.
  • With each contact form submission we store a one-way keyed hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser’s user-agent string, so that we can detect and limit abuse.
  • Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site, processes request information to provide its security and delivery services. If the contact form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile check, Turnstile processes information about your browser and device to tell people apart from automated programs.

Cookies

The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not use tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example to distinguish people from automated traffic. The administration area of the site, used only by authorized administrators, uses a strictly necessary session cookie.

Analytics

We do not currently use website analytics. If we introduce analytics, we will update this policy first.

How we use information

  • To read and respond to your message.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not share contact form submissions with third parties, except:

  • service providers that host and protect the site on our behalf: Vultr (server hosting in the United States) and Cloudflare (content delivery and security), which process information only to provide their services to us;
  • where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, our users or the public.

Where information is stored

The site and its database are hosted on a server in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and are reviewed and deleted periodically when no longer needed. Server access logs are kept for up to 14 days. Database backups are kept for up to 14 days.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent through the contact form by writing to us through the same form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond to requests as applicable law requires.

Children

This site is intended for a general professional audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. Homeroomhub and other KTWLV companies operate their own websites and services, which have their own privacy terms.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, restricted administrative access with multi-factor authentication, and collecting as little as we can. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
