KTWLV is the public brand of KTWLVONLINE.COM LLC, a Texas company formed in 2022. The name is a short form of KtwelveOnline: “K-twelve” describes education from kindergarten through twelfth grade, which is where the company began.

KTWLV builds, owns and operates technology platforms. We build companies to own for the long term, and we choose a small number of disciplines to do deeply: education technology, AI and intelligent systems, enterprise platforms, data and cloud infrastructure, analytics, institutional software and digital operations.
